Here at Birkbank Farms, we provide a wide selection of fresh produce from May to October using locally grown and produced products whenever possible. We grow the following fruits and vegetables ourselves which are available in our market fresh from the field when in season.

	Mid May - End of July
	July - October (until first frost)

	August - Thanksgiving
	July - Right through until we run out - usually the following spring.
